Camden is third straight KVRA washout

MURRAY, Ky. - The Friday night program at Camden (Tenn.) Motor Speedway was canceled because of rain, the third straight rainout for a Kentucky Vintage Racing Association event.

A Friday-Saturday doubleheader May 1-2 at Paducah (Ky.) International Raceway was also a casualty of weather. As of Friday afternoon, Saturday's race at Clarksville (Tenn.) Speedway had not been canceled.

KVRA president and founder Mark Moore said last weekend's extra date would not be made up. Paducah will run Thursday and Friday, May 14-15, but the vintage stocks will compete only on the Friday night program, which was originally on their schedule.

KVRA is at Western Kentucky Speedway in Nebo on Saturday  night, May 16.
